The Albion Aviation Group was invited to speak on the CAAS Airfreight Pharma Series to discuss the challenges and opportunities in distributing the COVID-19 vaccine.

The Albion Aviation Group recently participated in the CAAS airfreight pharma series hosted by Chris Notter from Eva International Media. Lewis King, speaking on behalf of the Albion Aviation Group, was joined by pharma champion and IATA consultant Aynur Rzepa from Rzepa Consulting. The podcast explored the many logistical and cold chain challenges in the global distribution of COVID-19 vaccines. Key discussion points included whether air carriers are ready to handle a COVID-19 vaccine, the benefits of IATA CEIV training, security and safety protocols in air cargo, global charter demand, distribution of a vaccine by private jets & OBC and Albion’s cargo charter vaccine training module.
