ALBION MOVES AN URGENT PHARMA SHIPMENT FROM THE U.S. TO NIGERIA

 The Albion cargo team recently arranged the transportation of an urgent shipment of pharmaceuticals from the U.S. to Nigeria. As well as being time critical, the shipment was also temperature sensitive (+2 to +8 degrees centigrade), so required careful planning to ensure that the shipment was delivered door to door within less than 72hrs. The shipment moved across two B747F part-charter flights and provisions were made in Europe for temporary cold storage between the two connecting flights. Albion also went the extra mile in positioning dedicated Flight Managers at each departure airport to ensure a smooth and successful operation.
