ALBION CONTINUES RELIEF FLIGHTS TO TURKEY

The Albion Aviation Group continued to provide emergency relief charter flights to Turkey in the aftermath of the devasting earthquake which struct Turkey & Syria in early February 2023. During the month of March, the Albion cargo team uplifted a range of relief materials, including mainly tents and tent fixtures to provide emergency shelter for those areas closest to the epicentre of the earthquake in southern Turkey.  The cargo was uplifted across a range of different aircraft types, including B747F, A300F & A330F.   As with all relief flights, careful planning was required between the Albion cargo team, the operators and ground handling agents, so as to ensure that the full capacity of the aircraft was utilised on each flight.
